| With
a car like this, between the stares, smiles and peace signs, one
can imagine the vast amount of questions one would get from driving
this car. I caught up with Marco and put a few past him. I could
tell with his coy smile, they all had been asked before but I asked
anyway...
Do the police pull
you over alot when driving this car?
No, I guess they figure if you dare drive
something this outrageous how could you possibly be up to something
illegal!!
What possessed you to do this?
I just thought that I would put together the
car, that if in 1968 GM would have had the right creative vision
would have done. Make that... should have done
How much did it cost?
Lots!
How long did it take?
Conception, design or execution?
Where did you get your idea?
A lifetime of being dyed in the hippie wool, I had lots of time
to think of what was going on in those times and tried to pay tribute
to the people and events that made that period like no other in
American history
Is it for sale?
Most assuredly.
How much?
Taking offers
No really, how much do you want for it?
The dream...I know this doesnt sound too Woodstocky,
is to get enough so I can buy my gray haired mama a new double wide
so she can live out her golden years in comfort.
The big dream would be to do that and buy me a nice little piece
of land somewhere
The fantasy in addition I would have a camper
and a good runnin Harley to ramble around in.
Well
Marco, theres got to be one question that you get asked more than
any other, could you share that with me?
Well...I do get asked by hippie chicks all
the time,
" You are so sexy and your car is so cool, would you PLEASE
make love to me in the back seat ......"
actually, never been asked that question
but a fella can have a dream, right?
Yea Marco, you're right!
